SUMMARY:Naples Golf Tournament - 2020 Fourth Annual Stroke Victor Golf Scramble
DESCRIPTION:We would be honored to have your participation and support as a sponsor\, or with a donation that we may offer as a prize\, raffle\, or auction item for the tournament and as a golfer. Your much-appreciated donation will help create a successful fundraiser that will\, in turn\, have a direct impact on the quality and availability of Stroke Prevention and Recovery services in our community. You will be helping your neighbors\, friends\, family and perhaps yourself by supporting services that benefit all of us. \nThis charity event takes place on Saturday\, March 28\, 2020\, at Quail Village Golf Club. A 7:30 registration and Continental Breakfast is followed by a tee-off at 8:30 am\, and includes an enjoyable morning of\, golf\, prizes\, and then an awards luncheon ending at 2 pm. Last year\, our 3rd tournament welcomed 84 golfers\, including QVGC resident /non-resident golf members\, sponsors\, healthcare providers\, and business leaders. We expect to host 100 golfers in 2020. \nThe tournament helps increase Stroke Prevention and Recovery Awareness\, and funds our 3 signature initiatives: \nThe Stroke Victor Recovery Fund which provides therapy scholarships for those without the financial means to continue their recovery after insurance is terminated; \nOur Mannequin to Man College Initiative which brings stroke realism to the classroom\, now at Keiser University\, with the training OT Assistants\, and at Ave Maria School of Nursing; \nAnd our Wake-Up to Stroke Awareness Speaking Initiative.
