Stroke Recovery Foundation collects names, addresses, emails, and phone numbers for disseminating educational information about stroke prevention and recovery. It may also collect personal information for the purpose of assisting with stroke recovery navigation and coaching.
As a 501c3, from time to time, the Foundation may solicit donations to support the work of the Foundation. The Foundation may utilize its list of people who were past donors, who signed up for educational information, navigation, coaching services, or its Newsletter.
Should someone wish to opt-out of these solicitations they should email the Foundation at info@strokerf.org and request to be removed from the list.
All personal information shall remain the property of the Foundation and will not be shared with anyone without the express written permission of the person whose name it is. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
