With Mother’s Day upon us, let me respectfully remind you that
More woman suffer strokes, are caregivers, don’t participate in clinical research, don’t work out while their hubby’s do. Too many don’t care for themselves as much as they do for their husbands.
STOP – Ladies, take good care of yourself if for no other reason that it will make you healthier and a better caregiver!
